It was a difficult realization when we concluded we needed to sell Dad's cabin. He designed and built it in the late 80's. We have many fond memories of the place but relized the time had come to pass it along to others who would enjoy it. We have known Mr. Brindley Junior since we were kids riding bicycles and playing sports in the neighborhood. When we decided to sell Dad's cabin, we turned to Mr. Brindley because of his integrity and market knowledge. (It is worth noting the Brindley family was instrumental in my family's move to Pulaski in the late 60's. Mr. Brindley Senior built and owned my Dad's office and built the family home.) First Reality Group was always on top of it. We never waited on them. On a consistant basis, they would suggest a change in the market strategy that we would agree to. When it came to negotiations, Mr. Brindley always kept our position in mind and acted accordingly. He tended to explor all possible options.
